Ms Farhana (not her real name) is one of PPIS' many beneficiaries. The single mother of two young children needs to juggle two jobs to make ends meet. The 26 year-old works as clerk in the day and helps out at a food stall at night so that she can raise her two year-old daughter and four year-old son. Ms Farhana is divorced from her husband, who is no longer supporting the family and is currently the sole breadwinner for her children. PPIS is helping Ms Farhana by supporting her through our skills upgrading programme, counseling sessions and financial aid. However, our efforts to help such single mothers won't be a success without your support. We are helping these single mothers. How about you?

All donations made to PPIS will receive tax deduction up to 3 times. You can find out more on donation made to IPC status charity bodies here.

Corporate Giving

As part of the government’s effort to promote Corporate Social Responsibility among corporations, Organisation and Corporations can now “adopt” any one of PPIS’s 14 centres and wide range of programme. We also provide the platform for corporations to organise a corporate fund-raising activity with us, where the proceeds will be channeled to your preferred PPIS Centre or programme. In turn the corporation will receive the necessary recognition, mileage and be seen as the very exclusive companies which are committed to the society by positively contributing to local communities. Here are ways your company can be part of PPIS as a giving partner:

  • Philanthropic donations.
  • Cash sponsorship for our events, such as PPIS Hari Raya Celebrations for Beneficiaries, Projek Ihsan Ramadhan etc.
  • Sponsorship of equipment and services to help minimise our Centres’ operating expenses.
  • Adopt PPIS as a beneficiary for your outlet’s official opening, anniversary celebration or product launch.
  • Channel proceeds from dinners, concerts or company events to PPIS.

How Do Your Donations Help

We have been helping 390,000 Muslim women, children and families since 1952.

We need $1 million per year to make this possible.

The funds raised will go towards providing basic sustenance, like food and transportations costs for our beneficiaries, provide subsidies and educational grants for their children, help eliminate some of the outstanding bills for High Risk families, conduct workshops and fund research projects and offset our administration and operational costs.
